The beans: the trinitario hybrid beans are grown on a family run organic farm in the Mata-Atlantic rainforest. Originally this recipe was developed for Brazilian-born chef Caroline Martins for her pop up restaurant, The Sao Paulo Project, but we loved the chocolate so much we decided to also make it into bars!

Ingredients: cacao beans, light muscovado sugar, cocoa butter

Made in a kitchen where milk, almonds, hazelnuts and gluten are used.
