Tasting notes: Smooth and mellow. Notes of oaty biscuits and black tea
The beans: Grown on the Kablon Farm in Tupi, South Cotobato – a province in the southern reaches of The Philippines - by the Pantua family. We were first introduced to these beans by Estela when she pressed a bag of her uncle’s beans into our hands at The Chocolate Show in 2016 and have loved working with them ever since.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans, light muscovado sugar, organic whole milk powder, cocoa butter
