The beans: Grown on a family-run cocoa and nutmeg farm that has been in the Ramdhanny family for seven decades. L'Esterre Estate is an organic farm in the north-east of Grenada on the outskirts of the rainforest employing natural agroforestry techniques. The farm also controls the entire post-harvest processes of fermentation and drying, ensuring consistency and quality from harvest to harvest
